Christine McElhone

Christine McElhone has an established track record as a Property Management professional. Her level of expertise ensures she is highly sought-after as a holiday relief manager for overworked licensees in need of a break.

Christine commenced in Real Estate at Ray White Elizabeth Bay in late 1988 where her primary market area was Kings Cross, Darlinghurst and East Sydney.  It was during this time she was heavily involved in the sale of residential investment property and at the same time learnt the fundamentals of property management. Her selling experience in Elizabeth Bay involved sales by private treaty and auction.  Christine then moved to live in Avalon on the Northern Beaches where she worked for Ray White Avalon for approximately 4 years.  Her involvement there was very hands on, as she was assisting in both administration and property management as well as a full time salesperson.  It was during this period Christine achieved her record sales and became the No. 1 salesperson for the Northern Beaches zone. Christine left Ray White Avalon in 1995 for family life and during this child raising time assisted Robert at both Ray White Kensington and Alexandria.

With her daughter starting school Christine was able to return to Real Estate in 2001 with Robert and they established a new Ray White office in Chatswood, which they owned until 2018. With the complexity of property investment and management, Christine has dedicated her time to asset management. She instigated office policies and procedures to ensure that clients receive optimum return for their property investment and protection of their assets.

Christine’s experience in Property Management sees her advising many clients with regard to Property Management issues.

It was during this time that Robert sold a development site in Botany for in excess of $7 million.  Robert was the principal of the successful Ray White Chatswood office from 2001 until 2018.
